The Lonely Hearts Club brings The Beatles sound to life covering all phases of the Fab Four’s incredible career with fantastic musicianship, amazing harmonies and great audience interaction that will have you transported back in time. 

This seven member Seattle-based tribute band performs album quality renditions of The Beatles music from their early Beatlemania hits through the layered orchestrations and fan-favorite deep cuts from studio albums including Help, Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper’s, Magical Mystery Tour, The White Album, and Abbey Road. 

Not a look alike band, but an orchestrated tribute, The Lonely Hearts Club takes you on a deep dive to peel back the layers into the distinctive sound and unique genius of the music of The Beatles.

James Lee Murray is a singer, songwriter, and keyboardist whose music draws from soul, blues, gospel, jazz, and 70's R&B. Based in Poulsbo, WA, Murray blends the smoothness of Bobby Caldwell, the grit of Sam Cooke, and the warmth of James Taylor at his bluesiest. His debut album Resonate—a mix of Rhodes-driven grooves and gospel-infused piano ballads—captures both intimacy and fire. 

His current band consists of a seasoned group of performers who have all been active in the Pacific Northwest for over 25 years. In 2025, his band performed at the Greaseland Soiree and the Downtown Tacoma Blues & Jazz Festival, creating an experience that deeply connected with audiences, delivering authenticity and soul.

Since forming his first band in 2014, Joel Astley has established himself as a powerhouse frontman, harmonica player, singer and songwriter, and currently leads an award winning four-piece band. They tour regularly and perform locally, and all of them appear on numerous recordings. He and this all star lineup have amassed dozens of awards, nominations and other accolades, most recently sweeping the 2025 Washington Blues Society Awards. 

Astley made a splash on the International Blues Music scene with his 2023 debut album, Seattle To Greaseland, which came in at Number 7 on the Blues Billboard Top Ten and received critical acclaim worldwide, and has helped to set Astley on a meteoric rise. He has been a Featured Artist with Lee Oskar Harmonicas since 2023, and is currently working on songs for his next album. 

Joel Astley has been recognized with 26 "Best of the Blues" awards from the Washington Blues Society in just 7 years, he received the Silver Medal Award from the Global Music Awards in 2023, an Honorable Mention in the 2024 International Songwriting Competition for "Secondhand Kid", and multiple nominations from Music organizations including the Blues Blast Music Awards,  the Independent Blues Awards, the Cascade Blues Society, and the Josie Awards

UMAMI JAZZ FUSION is a dynamic six-piece ensemble serving up a rich palette of savory tones, earthy grooves, and artisanal rhythms. Rooted in the golden era of jazz fusion and seasoned with inventive originals, their sound is both nostalgic and refreshingly bold.

The group is the creative vision of trumpeter John Sakura (Tamaraw, Full Circle, Type A!), whose melodic sensibilities anchor the band’s flavorful repertoire. The rhythm section is a powerhouse: Dave Austin (Michael Powers, Lee Oskar, DoctorfunK) drives the pulse on drums, joined by the deep funk of bassist Jim Cliff (Richard Marx, Roger Fisher, DoctorfunK) and the expressive guitar work of Leonard Berman (Tamaraw, Full Circle, DoctorfunK).

Rounding out the lineup are two seasoned Seattle stalwarts: Bruce Laven (Duffy Bishop, The Squirrels, Paul Green) brings soulful vocals and lush keyboard textures, while Scott Adams (Heart, Spike and the Impalers, Type A!) delivers soaring saxophone lines that elevate the ensemble’s sonic tapestry.
