With more than 30 years of combined professional food and beverage experience, Partner/GM and former executive chef Chris Peterson, along with head chef Nick Bottomley, lead the Bake’s culinary program with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients and organizational excellence from the kitchen to the dining room. The kitchen’s commitment to scratch-cooking is complimented by a thoughtfully curated wine, beer, and spirits list in the bar, with an overarching dedication to stellar service. Between the pair, Peterson and Bottomley have expertise in French, Spanish, Mexican, and Southeast Asian cuisines that the Chef incorporates into the flexible umbrella of New American fare. Creative seasonal menu changes further enhance a dynamic dining experience for Bake’s guests, whether visiting for the first or fiftieth time.

While hospitality is the focal point at Bake’s, we also keep the atmosphere hopping with live music performances with top Northwest musicians and special sporting events on our 24’ by 14’ HD screen. Our 3500 square foot patio, the largest in downtown Bellevue, is the perfect hideaway during summer months. Our unique atmosphere and facilities provide the perfect space for private events and company parties.
